Thanks to his strong network of developers, financing partners and real estate experts, he develops individual solutions for long-term wealth building. As a property expert he also appears regularly as an interview guest in business media and TV formats.
Privately he holds 30 units of his own, investing by the same criteria he recommends to his clients.

Runs the financing side: he reviews creditworthiness and equity, structures the financing and gathers offers from banks until the terms fit the investment strategy. Licensed as a mortgage credit intermediary under §34i GewO, he advises on the financing himself rather than simply passing it on.
More than 15 years in all-round financial advice have taught him the criteria banks actually decide on. He works out in advance which repayment rate and fixed-interest period a unit can carry over the long term, and factors in protection and retirement provision from the start, because a mortgage rarely stands on its own.
